Processing Time
Processing time for in stock/non custom items: 2-3 business days
Processing time for Initial pendants/ Photo Pendants : 14 -21 business days
Processing time for custom items: 25-35 business days( 4-5 weeks) depending on which custom item is purchased.
Once an order is made an ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL is sent immediately to the email address you entered(please double check to make sure you entered a correct email) . We will then send another email once your order has been shipped(your tracking number will be in this email).
Custom Orders Timeframe
CUSTOM ORDER Processing Plus shipping time can take between 4-5 weeks*(25-35 BUSINESS DAYS) depending on which custom item you purchased. Please note that these necklaces have to go through many steps including hand sketching, making mold for your name, welding, stone setting, electroplating and polishing. We urge customers to READ product descriptions and shipping policy before placing an order. Once an order is in production and is accepted by our Jewelry Designer it cannot be canceled. All Sales Are Final. We only allow cancellations after 24 HOURS, if you wish to cancel please do so before 24 hours we cannot cancel any orders after 24 hours as we start working on these orders right away.
Custom orders are handmade by our design team and requires time to craft to perfection. It is the same process as getting a Class Ring or Engraving/Personalization on Jewelry. Keep this in mind before placing any orders that you need by a certain date or event. If you cannot wait the allotted time please do not order.
Weekends are not included in any processing times ** We do not operate on weekends or holidays.
Choosing a faster shipping option does NOT mean we will be able to speed up your custom item processing time, this shipping option is for when your item is done with production**
Please note if you placed an order for a custom item and a non custom item, both will be shipped at the same time. If you will like to receive the non custom item sooner please make another order for those items alone.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
V’Jewelryy will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
V,JEWELRYY is not responsible for damaged items through transits. If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service at info@vjewelryy.com
Incorrect addresses/missing and lost packages.
Please note that the customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. V'JEWELRYY is NOT responsible for an incorrect or incomplete address. In addition we cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages that is stated as delivered by the mail carrier, you will have to file a claim with USPS. Vjewelryy is not held liable or responsible for any packages once shipped and handed to the mail carrier.
We also advise and encourage customers to read product descriptions to see what metal is used as we are not responsible for allergic reactions or any rash associated with jewelry wear. Should you find you are allergic to any of our products please discontinue use
