 Unfortunately, We(V'jewelryy) Do not accept any returns or exchanges. Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. Customers should double check that they are choosing the correct size, and entering the correct name. We are not responsible for broken pieces or any misuse of the jewelry after it has left out warehouse. We are not responsible for mistakes made by customers such as color choice, chain size, misspelled name, etc. Please review order before submitting. We send out Jewelry Care instructions with each order, please read and follow the instructions on the care card.

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us at info@vjewelryy.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately we can not process cancellations or refunds after 24 hours. 

V'JEWELRYY cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages that is stated and marked as delivered by the mail carrier, you will have to file a claim with USPS. V'JEWELRYY is not held liable or responsible for any packages once shipped and handed to the mail carrier and we cannot refund you because of an error on their part, please contact your local post office and file a claim.

 All sales are final and we do not give out refunds. However, should you have a problem please email us at info@vjewelryy.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
